Areas
Elviria mixes big villas on large plots with holiday apartment blocks near the beach, so jobs range from garden irrigation lines to shared building risers.
Calahonda is full of 1980s and 90s villas and apartments with a large English-speaking community, and hard water is behind most of the call-outs we get.
Mijas Costa runs from the coast road right up into the hills, so water pressure and pipe age both depend a lot on how high up your property sits.
Riviera del Sol is a quiet residential area with a lot of British and Scandinavian owners, where slow limescale damage — not sudden bursts — is the usual story.
Marbella covers very different ground, from Old Town's older shared drains to Golden Mile villas and the family homes around Nueva Andalucía's golf valley.
Puerto Banús is mostly apartment and penthouse blocks near the marina, where working out what's yours versus the shared riser matters more than anywhere else.
