Platform role

CoastPlumber may act as a direct service provider or as a lead-generation and referral platform. In many cases, services are performed by independent plumbers or companies.

No guarantee of availability

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a plumber is available or that service will be provided.

Quotes and pricing

Any price estimates are indicative only. Final pricing is agreed directly with the assigned plumber or contractor.

Independent contractors

Contractors may be independent businesses. CoastPlumber is not responsible for their workmanship, timing, or pricing.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Upload only relevant photos
• Do not submit false or abusive requests

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CoastPlumber is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or contractor performance.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
